Yes, Proscan is updated regularly and works great. I use it daily. But if the OP cannot afford it, freescan is a good option.

Oh yes of course.
And also, Proscan will instantaneously convert all your channel tags to CAPS and center them. Saved me about 2 weeks of time, lol. Freescan will center them only.

Another option is Butel ARC-XT. ARC-XT and ProScan both have a free trial period to determine which one you like best.
