When I try to connect my 396xt to the computer through the serial port, Freescan is saying: "ERROR 9 Index was outside the bounds of the array".
I've tried baud rates and other usual suspects (previous forum thread: <http://forums.radioreference.com/uniden-scanners/195614-serial-connection-freescan.html>), and someone mentioned this might not be a computer / scanner issue.
Anyone run across error nine before?
