FreeSCAN, the award-winning freeware program for programming Uniden scanners, is now available for the 396.
FreeSCAN is a program for programming the Uniden BCD396T scanner. This program supports conventional systems, trunked systems, printing, importing through EZ-GRAB, and all of the scanner's features. It is also available for the 246, 996 & 15 scanners.
