Just out of curiosity, how would you catch a person like this?
Set up a task force to heavily patrol the area. Track down bullets to a gun. Offer rewards for information.
All of those have been done, so it's down to being in right spot at right time, or getting more info from public.

Ok. The public seems to be the best bet. When traveling down I-96 make sure you have your cell phone or digital camera on hand and ready to snap a picture!
Is there a possibility for someone to offer a feed on the event on H-EVENT 16?

I'd say NO!! This is probably something that shouldn't be advertised!!!
I don't think that's private info, anyone scanning in that area with MPSCS programmed in already knows. But no, tactical ops cannot be streamed regardless.

I dont think thats the point, this isn't something that should be advertised online and if you monitor this system you should have enough sense to keep it to yourself being the sensitve nature of this situation.
Why not make it an iPhone stream?

I'm sure there's a way to give the perp the GPS coord's of the people looking for them.

Why help their cause by posting here what talkgroups the task group looking for them is on?

I highly doubt he's listening to radio comms... Much of the setup and operational stuff is being done via other methods.
