What location were they heard in? That could help narrow it down.
You will probably have to find the inputs yourself.
They should all be between 162.0375-166.4875. See https://wiki.radioreference.com/index.php/Federal_VHF/UHF_Channel_Plans

The only one I can possibly identify is if 172.0625 NAC 301 is a CBP/ICE repeater then it might be DNET-202 and the input would be 165.2375 NAC 325.

Any idea who used the below frequencies?

170.7250 NAC 167
170.7500 NAC 293
170.9875 NAC 301
172.0625 NAC 301

but i bet you are in nc.

from central nc my experience has been

170.7250 NAC 167 : fbi? see it occaisionally but signal not terribly strong, i have to be outside the house to pick it up. so far only encrypted

170.7500 NAC 293 : enc. noted on a trip to winston salem. but only then. threads in nc forum cover this one, reference Fed courthouse in WS

170.9875 NAC 301 : a very recent find, the standard periodic key ups. only on one evening where hwy 49 crosses the yadkin/pee dee river, low elevation, moderately strong signal. i defer to others as to the user

172.0625 NAC 301 : i dunno

uhhh actually i would like to cancel my bet, i may be off a digit on 170.9875 NAC 301.
