Lincoln County Oregon uses 155.070 with a pl tone of 156.7
Lincoln City Oregon PD uses 155.535 with a pl tone of 156.7
Sweet Home Oregon PD uses 154.815 and I don't know the pl tone, but other agencies in the area use 156.7

Looking in the database for Washington:
Cowlitz County Sheriff Dispatch, 154.815 (no tone listed)
Longview PD dispatch, 155.535 (no tone listed)
Cowlitz County Fire Dispatch, 154.235 (no tone listed)

None of the other agencies listed on those frequencies in Oregon or Washington have the right pl tone.

Good hunting!

Here are the answers for you:

154.8150 156.7 - Cowlitz County SO Dispatch WA
155.5350 156.7 - Longview Police Dispatch WA
155.0700 156.7 - Clark County SO. This is a patch used by WSP for the 800 trunk system so the troopers can monitor the traffic from the SO.

Hope that this helps.

Wow, I'm really surprised that they are using the same tones.

Good amount of distance between them and at least 3 or so mountain peaks in the way.
I wouldn't be surprised that they do occasionally get some RF interference with ducting, but otherwise it shouldn't be bad at all.

You have to go through all of the frequency coordination in order to make sure that you aren't going to cause harmful interference, so anyone with the frequency has a chance to submit a protest to the FCC.

Polk County, OR filed a protest in the simulcast system that Cowlitz County is impletmenting and they had to change channels in order to not cause or what the protester saw as potential for harmful interference. Lot's of fun reading on a boring night that you can't sleep. After that, you can sure sleep though.:D
