Hi,

You can use the FCC Licence Search. Just type in the business name under "Name", and fill in the rest of the info (City, State, Zip, etc).

Ownership of Businesses and ULS

You may not find anything in regards to the mall if the mall is not licenced for those frequencies. Find out who owns the mall, do a search under the name of the owner of the mall, than select geosearch to find any transmitters in that area. If you select North Carolina in the first screen of the ULS lookup, it will only locate individuals that are physically licenced in NC...

check the fcc website under that name or if u have right scanner u can just use close call or signal stalker to intercept their transmissions as long as you are with in 1000 feet of them

I Have A Pro 82 I Don't Know If I Have That Capability. But I Will Still Try To Find It On The Fcc's Website.

no pro 82 doesnt do it dang sry i think the 83 does as well well as the 97/2055 and the 96 if i remember right
