No, there really isn't such a listing AFAIK - they show up in various places in HF and there really isn't a bandplan per se (apart from the ham service, where they are allocated specific chunks in the HF ranges - is that what you're referring to?). They do seem to cluster in the radio services that they are associated with - for example, it's unlikely to find a HFDL aero frequency in the middle of the maritime allocations
