Frequency Help Needed

Does anyone know the Allegheny Power frequency that serves the Cumberland, Maryland area?
I have porgrammed 10 of my scanner frequencies in the 158 mhz range but not have heard anything yet.

The FCC license database shows 153.125 and 153.425 MHz as base station frequencies at Dan's Rock. Associated mobile unit frequencies are given as 158.160 and 158.250 MHz. However, there is no guarantee that these are active.
