I've looked up and and down in the FCC DB and here but Bed Bath and Beyond here usings a strange frequency of 467.925...

Anyone got a lead on their license?

Isn't that a FRS freq? They don't need a license for that, probably why you couldn't find it.

I wouldn't be surprised if it's one of the UHF business band dot channels and they never bothered to license it.

Must be it! I totally spaced on the UHF band having their own dot channels too!

Looks like it's the "Blue Star." Business band - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

They may genuinely not know they need a license (bought the radios online or something) or are just trying to see if they can get away with it. I've noticed the latter a lot when trying to identify frequencies in the business bands, even in commercial LTR systems whose owners should know better.
