frequency question?

I came across some frequencies can anyone tell me whom they belong to I think they may be ohp but not sure they are 861.2125, 862.2125, 863.2125,864.2125,865.2125 I looked in the database but I did not see them anyone know whom they are??

According to the FCC database, those are NexHell, I mean Nextel frequencies.

Those were the old OHP Troop A OKC frequencies. They are no longer in use and that system is changed over to the current system listed under State of Oklahoma and Tulsa DPS. You can also find it under database and select the state of Oklahoma and then select Oklahoma County.
Good observation but old frequencies not in use any longer.
