Yaesu: FT400DR Memory Channel scanning

I have repeater 443.525 programmed into Band B channel (10) memory. When I scan, it will not scan channel 10. The channel is Not locked out, I have -scan All Memory channels- set in settings. When I manually scroll through the memory channels, the channel is there saved and I can rx/tx with no issues.
Any ideas why this will not scan?
I can save it in any other memory slot and it still will not scan.

Check your squelch settings on that memory channel. You could have inadvertently set a wrong squelch.
