There a couple of yahoo groups. I haven't checked in a while, the last I heard was RT systems (I think) was developing software. That's been a few months ago, should be available by now.
I don't own an ft350, just did some research when I was considering buying one.

RT Systems does offer software for it, but if I remember it's around $40, plus the cost of the programming cable. Personally I didn't think it was worth it, and spent about 15 minutes programming in repeaters and such. It's very easy to program that radio.
