Owell we always have VHF as back up lol listening to my localJust checked all the bands and I am not picking up anything on any off the bands, NO amateur radio signal on any of the bands, also checked all the bands for AM and nothing showing up.

I would also like to note that what you see in the picture is what we were seeing with the naked eye. The lights were really dancing.Here is a picture I took in Northeast Colorado on Friday night (May 10) excuse the power lines. It was a huge storm.
