Gaps in Charlotte County FL feeds

Apologies if this is the wrong place for this. I'm not sure if this is a broadcastify issue or broadcaster issue.
There have been for some time, occasional gaps in coverage in the archives for both Charlotte County feeds.
I have attached a .jpg for your edification. It seems intermittent, maybe something damaged in IAN?

As a feed provider, to me it seems likely to be an issue at the broadcaster's location. Poor internet service, relying on a wifi connection without a good signal, or computer resources getting maxed out are possibilities. Sometimes resetting a modem will help.

Not meant as criticism in anyway. They were hit very hard in Ian and the feed actually went away for some time after so happy to have it back...just trying to figure it out.

the internet is still doing weird things.
the link was good before the storm and was off for a bit after it, and so was my connection.
so i don't know if it is actually him or me or both !
but since you have a problem it narrows it down a bit.
i am happy it is not just me.
