Will the user of the West Virginia Monongalia County Sheriff and Fire, Morgantown Police and Fire stream check there settings of that stream the sound quality is discussing and garbled and at times unreadable. I tried to PM or email the volunteer of the stream but the forum say I don't have permission to post.

I believe you have to have a certain amount of posts before you have access to that. Are you able to access the WV section on the forum?

Anyone can click on the "Report a Problem" button, even non-members.

The garbled transmission may be the digital signal that the scanner is receiving and is beyond the feed provider's control. That is the nature of receiving digital transmissions.
