I responded to him privately with info in detail on how to monitor the Monroe/Ontario system. He did not understand trunking. I gave him a link to Broadcastify Calls as an immediate solution.
No further replies needed. I explained all about appropriate scanners and dongles and the alterative of smartphone apps.
I just got a response from the OP that his questions are resolved so, "asked and answered" and no further replies needed.
