Gatineau P25

Looks like CIty of Gatineau has transitioned to a new P25 system, same frequency range but mostly different frequencies.

Looks like 9 sites. System 8B1, conflicts with Laval in database. Someone on Infoscan noted, fire (Incendie) is now also encrypted.

Judging by bits and pieces I was able to pick up, TGs are 10xx, 11xx, and 12xx, roughly following earlier scheme.

Old control/voice channels have digital data noise on them.
