GATRRS Travis County radio issues

Any idea what’s going on with the APD and fire locution frequencies in the GATTRS can’t hear nothing whatsoever.

As of 2200 last night APD went on their ENCRYPTED channels. Although they have been doing testing here and there that moved all traffic to the ENC, if this is just "testing", this is the longest its lasted so far.

I'm hearing Baker and Henry units up here in Hutto.

APD's Adam through Ida + Airport channels all back up in the clear now. Would be interested to know if this was a planned encryption test event or a hardware/software problem that resulted in the issue.
