Georgia I-95 Corridor

I will be traveling through your great state in late July and was wondering if anyone would like to share scanner files for the Uniden 396T for the I-95 Corridor?
I would be extremely greatful and have Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge TN files to share for anyone who wishes.

I recommend the Camden County, GA sheriff's main channel as well as the two Georgia State Patrol frequencies used statewide for dispatch. Those two agencies patrol I-95 pretty heavily doing drug interdiction. You will need a good whip antenna though to pick up GSP.

765.4375/PL 156.5 is the mobile repeater (PAC-RAT) frequency. Used throughout the state. If you are coming through Rabun and Habersham to get to I-85, put those in. Hall and Gwinnett counties only have the fire tg's active. PD's and SO's are encrypted. De Kalb and city of Atlanta are in the clear. But, that's if you are coming through GA to get to I-95

Unless your within a quarter mile or so you wont hear the pac/rt mobile repeaters.
I would highly recommend camden co, they are always on the interstate.

Also, watch out for Liberty County 155.97 (136.5).
I have been driving through GA for over 15 years and have NOT ONCE driven through the county without seeing at least one traffic stop.

Camden county is outrageous with the number of patrols on I 95. The last time I traveled through there were at minimum 6-8 units in the 29 miles of the county. Also, GSP apparently works on the Camden County channel, because I witnessed a traffic stop from beginning to end and all radio traffic was on the county channel

Also, (from what I have observed) the county operates white Crown Vics and Explorer type vehicles totally marked. I have never seen an unmarked or low profile (slick top) vehicle.

Whats outrageous are the billions of dollars in drugs from Mexico and the raw cash being trafficked on I-95. Camden S.O. does something about it and actually funds all the operations you see with seized drug assets awarded to it by the courts.
All those units out on the interstate arent interested in traffic enforcement, they are interested in drug cartels running dope through GA.
