I fixed it up to make it a bit more readable.

I have no way to verify any of these freqs btw.
I was unsure of what the frequencies are.
It's a comma delimited file, when I imported it into my Excel it put the last 2 numbers in separate colums, I think they are actually supposed to be in the same column.
