I am looking for a way to hear my local airport on my iPhone. I have LiveATC app, but my local airport has a temp tower for the US Open. They are operating on 118.45. The app has the CTAF, but not the temp frequency. Any suggestions?

For you to have real time comms on your iPhone, requires that a good samaritan dedicate hardware and software to feed that audio to Broadcastify or another real time radio feed provider.
Seems that you don’t have that guy in your region (for this temp. freq).

Your best bet would be to buy a “real scanner” radio, and enter 118.45 to listen to it.
The Uniden BC125AT would be a very good choice for airband monitoring.

Probably should have asked the question a bit differently.
I have a dual sdr setup for trunk tracking. I am looking for a way to use them to monitor my local airport (It is about 3 miles from me) and stream it to my phone.

Oh! Ok, I understand.
I do it for personal use for 3 feeds from 3 separate radios in my house.
I use Zello free (for Windows) on a dedicated PC, VOX function activated on the 3 Zello sessions, and the audio is fed from the 3 scanners from their earphone plug to audio inputs on the PC (a tower model with plenty of audio cards in/outs).
Zello free for Windows is rather difficult to find on Zello website as they promotes the commercial “Zello Works” version, you may have better luck downloading it from alternate websites. Google “Zello free for Windows” 😉

As one possibility: audio files to Rdio-scanner (server) and then iPhone to Rdio-scanner via browser (or Rdio-scanner app).

If you’re within receive range, or even want to check via SDR, please feel free to DM and I can probably help you get rtlsdr_airband going.
