How do I get the "T" to stay more solid on my Whistler TRX2?

T appears when the scanner is receiving a trunking control channel frequency. If you want it to stay on longer convince those using the system to talk more, or move to an area where there is more radio traffic. Otherwise there is nothing you can do to get it to stay on longer.

do you have other things running in the radio ?
now, i don't have one, but if the T means trunking, it would be off when scanning a conventional system.

Yes I have conventional systems in the same scanlist as the trunking

and if you lock them all out the T would be solid.

i have a pro 164 that works the same way.
