I must admit sometimes I listen to some pretty dull & mundaine stuff but a dental association might just take the cake. BTW 462.6125 is actually FRS Channel 3. Comforting to know someone out there's listening to root canal operations

No this not the case.
They are using radios for operations.

what is being said? Operations? As in a doctor operation? Get me a such and such tools? Are the staff not in the same room? Radios used for braces operations? I guess at least for myself and maybe others, we're curious what's being said, unusual to see a dentist office with radios

I like reading two way radio dealer articles, they have every single conceivable notion in the world mapped out to sell radios one way or another. They could write an article telling you why you and wife need to buy radios in your own house to improve communications

A dentist I used to go to had everything setup on computer. You walked in the door and signed in on a computer, the hygienist would come out upon notification you arrived and when you were done, completed their own report on computer/iPad which was transmitted to the front desk. This was 10 years ago

Can't say that I have ever listen in to a dentist or doctors office.
Movie complexes can be good listening when new movies come out, and on Friday and Saturday nights

i listen to them on occasion. Their only a block away from my station and always trigger a close call hit.
It's a very well organized operation used to keep the dentist informed as to what is happening in the various
exam rooms.
