I see that the Glynn-Brunswick 9-1-1 Center, has applied to the FCC to erect a four-site, Project 25 simulcast TRS that will operate on the 700 MHz band. Will this new TRS be part of the wide-area SEGARREN TRS?

That's right. It will join the Bryan, Bulloch, and Chatham County sites that are already active. At some point there should be one in Liberty County as well.
