Golden 1 Center system quiet

I used to listen to security on this system: Golden 1 Center Trunking System, Sacramento, California - Scanner Frequencies. Now they've gone quiet and I no longer receive anything on that system. Nothing has been avoided and all frequencies are correctly programmed. When I go downtown I see them talking on their radios as usual. Did they make a change that isn't shown in the DB?
