GPS problems

My GPS quit working, no led on puck and no led on power adapter and there is 12v coming to the power adapter which should be 5v. I don't know which pin to check for 5v power to scanner. Might have a bad power cord. Has worked for several years though

I think there may be a fuse in the plug. Worth checking.

I ordered a replacement 5v, No way to get to the fuse if there is one. 12v going and no volts going out.
