Just purchased a DJ-X11T and went to GRE web site, as warranty card said could be done to register the warranty.The unit is not listed in list of Alinco products any more.So I E-Mailed to ask for help.In 6 minutes I had a call from a person at GRE asking to help me register my product. (6 min.)!! I must say this is service!! I have been into scanning for 40 years with Uniden,Radio Shack, and GRE Scanners. All GOOD but SERVICE is the thing that bring us BACK !!!!
