Sure not hearing much on Grundy on Starcom ??
I ran Pro96Com against T113 (Will County) for a bit last week as I passed through and it looks like Grundy County Police 2 (2430) is running in Phase II on T113 at least. Haven't seen any Phase II on T125 (Morris) at all. In fact it still reports as a "Phase 1" tower.
I heard the "analog " system still has the SHF on it as they have not changed over as yet...I still hear T125 also ....Last week when some of the EMA were testing there new radios both my 996P2 and 325P2 read out "PTO-PT1" when they keyed up instead of P25 and that was PHASEII...Now lately I have not seen that on the FD-Morris and Minooka, GE and the Mini Bus....
I guess I spoke too soon I have "NO" CC on T125, it may be shut off now for use by T113....
Picking up some testing on Grundy Co ops 1 off the Ottawa tower.
the last few days it seems like everything on the Morris tower is now on the Ottawa tower now. Wescom, Isp D21 Tgs ect..

Havent picked anything up on the Morris tower in a few days
Nothing still on Morris tower but I now do hear the Grundy Sheriff on the "analog " system with (3) bars being a distance away so things must not be fully functional yet....Was a heck of a band opening early this morning and was hearing "Towers" all over Las, Bur, Rockford and Kank but closed up about 9am.....
T125 shows up as "failed" for its neighbors. T113 is coming in full strength in Pro96Com inside a building in Morris so it looks like the move has been made.
On a side note it's as strong a signal to the west as the 800 MHz channels were. I used to be able to pick up T125 from around MM 97 on I-80 but didn't get much of a signal this morning on T113 until around MM 105. The Seneca tower, however, should "fix" that

T125 had great signal in Ottawa. Hopefully when the Seneca tower gets turned on we will be able to hear that in Ottawa.
Your correct I'm seeing "PTO/PT1 all day on TG2430 , on the 996P2 , gonna have to just listen maybe to the "FD" on my RS197s.....
Was in Morris today, someone was using TG36016 on PhaseII and "ENC"....

It looks like it.
It does make me wonder if this will affect Ameren ops at all? I used to log them on T125 when passing through so some radios were affiliating with them.

I've deleted the Morris Tower Freqs from any of my saved lists but likewise......
If/when this Seneca Tower gets fired up as suspected, I might stand to gain TG's if its going to cover any of LaSalle County. I've been able to receive very few digital or analog signals from out that way. I've gained quite a bit of TG's on this new Will/Grundy Tower as the signal is quite a bit more powerful than it used to be. Although I've noticed my 800 is having a hard time receiving some Grundy TG's. Might be a decode issue as I can partially make out whats being said and the rest is garbled. Very intermittent issue.
Is there a timeline on that Seneca Tower?

Seneca is now using starcom. I don’t think their towers up yet though. I’m told they have full signal in tower on their radios that they never had before when this project first started. I’m assuming they are just picking up the Morris site.
What is the #ing system of Seneca PD like Coal City is 900.....TY
