Is there any way to listen to the Georgia State Patrol?? I know they went to another system but didn't know if we could listen to them.

No. They went to LTE MCPTT which is encrypted and cellular based. No possible way to monitor

No. All operations are on LTE and not patched with the exception of Troop C (Metro Atlanta) who use the local 800 systems.

Does Anyone know if GSP had to use a different system during the aftermath of Hurricane Helene in counties affected by it? How well did the current system perform?

VHF is still operable, and some were active a week or so ago. SouLinc carries the vast majority of state LE comms now. Some exceptions, like Prisons are P25, Mototrola. (Not the Harris Sou linc capable radios)
