I just got a Whistler Ws1040 and was attempting to program it using Arc500 software. It used the download feature in app to get info from this site. I programmed the Guilford system, checking the sites for Guilford Co, but not High Point or Thomasville, I broke up the Fire, EMS, and Police in three separate banks. I can't for the life of me get any to receive. It shows on the S meter bouncing from full to no bars back and forth, occasionally the T will display, but no audio. I tried analyzing the system and it shows the corrected site ID but no signal percentage. I have tried it at home in Reidsville and drove in to Greensboro with the same results.

I thought maybe the receiver was messed up but I programmed Viper in and it works flawsley the I tried Winston's system and I could get it to recieve as well of course breaking in and out but that ruled out a receiver issue in my mind.

I currently have it set as P25 auto, the four frequencies from the site here, attenuation is off, digital agc is on, super track is on. Tables are default, multi site is static. I've tried roam as well. I've tried turning supertrack off.

I'm at a loss for what to try next. I can't get it to receive anything on the Guilford Co system

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Multi site needs to be set to roam.

I had tried that before, but I changed that back and now have the same results
Make sure the tsys have these frequencies listed also look under global settings and see what your rssi settings are

The frequencies are correct. The decode percentage is showing jumping from 6% to 12% and I'm sitting in Greensboro. I have also tried two different antennas. Like I said in a previous post, the viper system is receiving fine and sounds good, at around 97%
