H Troop EMS?

I have programed H Troop EMS into my Pro-96 and I was just wanting to know what H EMS is really is it a common for all EMS in Troop H because so far I have been hearing Angel Care EMS out of Van Buren and it sounds like they are using this talkgroup as there new dispatch channel? So if anyone could help me out.
