Ah here comes the know-it all hams.
Oh tell me how it works then, KC4RAF.
Other than argue with me, none of you have shown "me" any pictures or websites of how HAARP works.
I'll shut up, and sit back and you post a few things to show us all how it works the right way, because you say I am wrong.
The scientists are wrong, the guy on CBS was wrong, pictures are photo-shopped by someone and the internet is all untrue conspiracies.
Even what zz0468 is incorrect about the documents that talk about ionospheric heaters and HAARP.
All wrong you say.

correction for you

Goomblap garblesnarf*

*(Translation: Say again in English, please.)
No, Arthur... That's not why we think you're a moron.

It was supposed to read :

In your tax-payer supplied blazer. < i mistyped>

That was Coyote-frostbite's message from me to her. Not yours to call me a moron, I knew you thought that before I posted anything, zz0468

Shes better than Christ , so I am sure she picked up on my little typo!

Dateline : Coyote---
Scene : Sitting for a coffee moment in a trendy little cafe... an internet hot spot --on the way back to 'the office'--
Check e-mails?... but of course ! :)

Ah ! and the HAARP'ing is still going on !
.
My friend Barbi* came along with me to meet the contractors . She's been reading this ongoing saga along side me, and has compliment'd so many of you all as very clever, erudite fellows- with great senses of humour..... :)
.
"wonder if you could hire any of them?".... she joked.
.
_________________________________________________________
.
Looking at your photos, Arthur, of the Tesla loops and the over-the-horizon (Soviet 'woodpecker) array - Barbi said- "nice pictures," but then noticed you used the term Fractal Antenna.
.
"think he knows what a fractal is?"... she asked.
.
And, though I know what the answer is, she want'd to give you a chance, Arthur, to redeem yourself, at least in her eyes (you'll have a lot harder task in others.)
.
Barbi says, if you can answer this, that I have to admit you are higher on that circle chart you've put yourself ("Idiot" if I remember it correctly.)
.
The question, and be very careful here; we design systems that use Fractals---
.
"Arthur, in your own words, use the terms Fractal and Chaos in a complete sentence"
.
Easy Peasy, No?
.
We got to go............

Your post

Start here. I'm not convinced you're up to understanding anything more complex than their FAQ. It provides a decent layman's summary of what it is and how it works.

FAQ | Geophysical Institute

Can't use your link because its photoshopped and everything on the internet is a conspiracy. (see how that works both ways)

Question for the great zz0468:
No, I would like to know why you posted the link a little back that had references to documents that
said HAARP is a ionospheric heater.
Is that or is that not what it is based on your own post?
You didn't comment on the two things I picked out from your post.
Please zz0468, comment on those two document descriptions I picked out in your own words.

Oh no Coyote, I am going to shut up and see what anyone I mean anyone else can describe how HAARP works because the internet it wrong.
In your opinion, anything I say is going to be wrong anyways......

Are there other HAARP-like projects out there,Yes.
What about this abnormality? The russian woodpecker or the Russian Tesla array?

The Russian Woodpecker was not HAARP like. It was an HF over the horizon radar. And while the Woodpecker may have had some high peak power (the actual value is unknown / unconfirmed, but probably 10 MW or less) it was a pulsed radar, so the average power was much lower than that. The average power was probably on the order of what a single VOA shortwave broadcast transmitter is today. The antenna is large and impressive, but the basic concept is pretty simple. And there are / have been other radars in similar power levels, pretty numerous actually.

I know its not HAARP, I just said, as an example. With big projects come big results.
Neither is the huge Tesla Coil that was used to test airplanes for lightning I posted.
But it packs a wallop!

No self-respecting government entity would put their employees in such an under-performing vehicle.

What the heck does this have to do with anything?Afterall, GM is government motors.
Can you explain why departments use V6 vehicles then?Like the impala.
If all she(coyote-snowflake) does is computer work, why would it matter?
Certainly this is not on the subject of HAARP.
But ok, there ya go, pushbar mounts removed spotlight. kinda slow, but a cool cheap car anyone can get at an auction or ebay.
Dubai Police ,I think set an example for vehicles.

oh ok

Funny, that's the same thought I had when you mentioned it.

Still no nothing from anyone else on HAARP?
zz0468 can't answer his question I gave him.
No comments on those two documents I pointed out that he posted the link to from anyone?
Coyote-Frostbite, you think those two documents are false and have nothing to do with HAARP as an ionospheric heater?
You know because that is what it said.

If a US police department had vehicles like Dubai everyone would just complain it's a waste of taxpayer money like HAARP

No, I would like to know why you posted the link a little back...

Because I can?

Or perhaps it was merely to show you that the research performed using HAARP isn't secret evil nefarious stuff. It's published, it's accessable, and for those of us with more than two brain cells to rub together, it's readable and interesting.

You didn't comment on the two things I picked out from your post.

By golly, you're right! I didn't. Are you trying to make a point?

Please zz0468, comment on those two document descriptions I picked out in your own words.

I provided you a link so you could see for yourself what HAARP is used for. It's the functional equivalent of leading a horse to water.

Drink up.

You know because that is what it said.

Why are you fixating on that? It's like... like... It's like mental thumb sucking. It's giving you some sort of pleasurable sensation, but it's serving you no true useful function. You've glommed onto a couple of buzz words you think shows HAARP to be evil.

Your Links vs My Links and pictures, and videos and scientists

You still haven't answered my questions.
1.Are the two documents in the link you posted that state it is an ionospheric heater.
IS THAT CORRECT INFORMATION?YES OR NO?
If it is how do you know it is?

2.What is your opinion on what the scientist Michio Kaku says about HAARP in the un-narrative version CBS video?

If your answer is YES to question 1 then how come my links, pictures and references to websites,CBS videos are all bullcrap and yours are 100 percent correct?
What makes your links correct?
Am I missing something?

Re-read your question. It doesn't read right. Are you asking if there are white papers that refer to HAARP as an ionospheric heater?

Why, yes. How do I know? Because it says "ionospheric heater" in the paper's title.

2.What is your opinion on what the scientist Michio Kaku says about HAARP in the un-narrative version CBS video?

In general, I respect Michio Kaku, and his efforts to educate the public about the sciences. I didn't ( and won't) watch the video, so I can't comment on what he says there. I don't care.

If your answer is YES to question 1 then how come my links, pictures and references to websites,CBS videos are all bullcrap and yours are 100 percent correct?

Yes, you're missing something. People like you post links to conspiracy web sites who tend to cherry-pick facts and quotes to prove their predetermined point. They frequently make up data like the fake photoshopped square clouds you posted. Square clouds? Really? These sources are notoriously biased, inaccurate, and intentionally misleading. And it's generally poorly educated people who buy into their message.

I posted a link from a respected educational institution that has direct control of the HAARP facility, and direct access to the results of research at that facility.

See the difference?

Ok so fact is its an ionospheric heater .
You wont watch the video? Why not? Is there a reason?
The guy is a top scientist.
Forget me totally, there are others on the internet who have the same opinion as I, obviously you do not share the same opinion.
But then again you won't watch the CBS video that pretty much sums it up.
Before I watched it, I had no idea they used lasers in the process.
Come on, ya might learn something from the guy. Then you can decide for yourself if hes a crackpot.
