MFR465 is correct in his thinking, Part 91 vs. Part 135 are different operations and rules. The NJSP AMU's is Part 91, the other NJ AMU's are Part 135. Yes the dispatch center advises the pilot of the request, the 135 operators will contact there respective corporate operations center with the flight information. At that point the pilot is advised if they are authorized to take the flight.

NJSP AMU's launch is 100% based on the pilot in charge of the aircraft.
