Heard a local dispatch in Berkeley Co. WV for officer safety on this.

After reading the article again, we remembered that we saw that helicopter south of RT51 in Jefferson Co. WV today on our way home about 5PM. We saw it hovering then headed north. When it went north, it was going pretty fast.
