no input freqs?
If you're asking about the 2m repeaters, then no...the input are not listed because no one ever contributed/confirmed them. If you have valid info, submit it to the county so they can be added.

The standard US Ham 2 meter bandplan has standardized the input frequency based on the output frequency in nearly all cases. Most recent (well, built in the last 20 - 30 years anyway) quality ham tranceivers have it default based on the bandplan. Some "shack-in-the-box" tranceivers force the user to enter the input and output frequency when programming.

145.xxx the input is - 600 KHz
146.xxx the input is -600 KHz
147.xxx the input is +600 KHz.
147.000 the input can be either + or - depending on the specific repeater. The standard is +, but some owners use - for some reason.

For 70 cm, the input is generally + 5 MHz

The 146 are all not - some are + depending where in the band they are located. The low ones are + and the high ones are -.

Yes, since the 440 repeaters in the upper end of the band need to be negative. If the had a positive offset it would outside the ham band.

The bottom line is that repeater offsets should follow any defined plan, but don't always do so. We require verification, not speculation, before something gets added to the database.
