Throught I'd share my GNU Radio based scanner with curses GUI. Locks on and demodulates N number of NBFM channels and logs audio to disk. Uses gr-osmosdr source so should work with a variety of devices.

Updated to AM

Updated to AM for air-band monitoring. Added a “-d 0” option switch for NBFM (default) and “-d 1“ for AM. OP25 is next on the agenda. Works well centered at 135 MHz with 4 MHz BW. More non-AM stuff in the lower end of the band (and intermods) so lockout is needed.

Works Great! I wish I could output the audio to fifo's I wanted to build a "quad channel" receiver. But this is really sweet to use. Is there a way to monitor only certain frequency's from a text file within the range. A text file with date time and recording name would be nice instead of extraction from the filename.
