Are there any online streams of Police/Fire/EMS for Hamilton or Toronto? The closest stream I could find is Kitchener Police. I checked out a few threads on this forum and found a few links for streams in Hamilton/Toronto but looks like they stopped streaming a while ago. So does anyone know some active ones? If not, I might be interested in buying my first radio/scanner. I'm kinda new to this though, I've been listening to streams for a few months now and I've worked with radios a little bit before, mainly handheld's radios though. So any advice/help would be nice. Thanks.

Thanks for the links. Does anyone know some stores in Hamilton that sell radios/scanners? I went to quite a few stores in downtown Hamilton and couldn't find anything but walkie talkies and 1 CB radio in The Source. I might be going to Toronto soon so I'll also take a look around there.

This early 1970's photo of Scarborough Fire Hall # 7 at 740 Markham Road shows the best and the worst of apparatus design during that period. The 1960 900-series LaFrance aerial, purchased new for the hall's opening, is a beautiful example of the best in North American fire apparatus design during that period. The same could not be said for the pumper sitting next to it. Purchased with economy in mind, the GMC commercial cab pumper more closely resembled those found in many small rural departments during that time.

Is it bad that I kind of like the GMC pumper?
