From Fort Erie Ontario/Across from Buffalo NY

Frequency= 350.025
Audio on both sides of transmission very loud and clear, like they were in my living room

Found a new frequency, had my scanner running all night and 350.025 became active with an Exercise with Hammer a female voice sounded like she was in an echo chamber, she was talking to OMAHA ONE-TWO, OMAHA ONE-ONE, OMAHA EIGHT CHARLIE, SEARA UNIFORM, AND OMAHA 404.

They were chasing targets AND CALLING IN TO VERIFY TARGETS.

Omaha one, two COI too Eastern, please come up on 364.200 MHz
Omaha One Two Fallowing target just off Buffalo NY, Hammer asking Omaha one two if he can identify target.

Can some one tell me what I should put in my description for this frequency,
NORAD ???

This is the the Department of Homeland Security - Customs and Border Protection Primary UHF Air channel. CBP has remote transmitters all over the country on this frequency that are linked back to March AFB in California (Callsign HAMMER).

Omaha units are CBP Aircraft assets.

The official designator for this channel is "BLUE-3"

Hope this helps!

Warm regards,

:)Thanks for all the information on this frequency, I did hear something about BLUE-3 but did not understand it. I live right beside the Peace Bridge in Fort Erie Ontario, it's one of the busiest border crossings between Canada and United States, I was wondering when I would find a frequency like this for Homeland Security.

Helicopter Frequency

Also if anyone can help, the Border Patrol have a helicopter that does patrol the border between United States and Canada I see it fly by my house every day and night doing it's patrols, I was wondering if they would have a special frequency they use, I have not herd them yet on any of the frequencies I have so far. (Border between Fort Erie Ontario and Buffalo NY) Border Patrol is on the side of the white Helicopter.

Cbp

Try 136.375 AM mode CBP A/A.
163.625 FM mode, CBP might be digital in your area.
282.425 Old OMAHA Ops. Might still be used?
123.025 is a common helo A/A freq also.

Also try some of your local airport freqs VHF & UHF. They have to talk to someone while on patrol. They might even use USCG freqs sometimes.
157.150 CH 23 Alfa.

;) Ok, thanks for all the frequencies you supplied, I will put them into my scanner and start listening too them, I do hear the Border Patrol helicopter on the Buffalo NY tower frequency because this area is under their jurisdiction.
