I am not in Delaware but you can usually find a volunteer examiner in your area by looking for a ham radio club. The best sources for study material are organizations such as ARRL. I believe if you go to their web site and put in your zip code they will give you a list of VE's to give the tests. Another good source is hamfestonline.com. It is a pay site but teaches along the way and will do a reasonable job preparing you for the test. Check out eham.com, qrz.com also.

Good luck!

Several Sussex Clubs down there..
ARRL Sections - Delaware

I used the Gordan West WB6NOA test prep books for both my Tech and General class
last year.. Read them at work over and over again then went online to various club test sights and
took practice tests.. Once I got those down pact was ready to pass the real tests.

Local Club sites usually have testing every couple months around the area.

Last time I was down that way the Millsboro repeaters were active and cover the area well.
Nothing active on the Lewes repeaters

Search for Sussex Amateur Radio Assn (SARA) They used to do test often. Also have their own repeaters. Good luck
