ALGONAC, Mich. (WXYZ) - A small plane has crashed in a channel near Harsen's Island.
Witnesses tells Action News that the plane crashed in the north channel between Algonac and Harsen's Island.
A couple was outside doing yard work when they reportedly saw the plane crash. The husband and wife said the plane nearly hit their house. That's when they say it did a nose-dive and crashed into the water.
It is not clear if anyone else but the pilot was on board. No details have been released on the pilot's condition.
