Does anyone know what talk group or Freq that the Harvey County Jail is using in Newton?

They are on the state KSICS system.

Actually, they were, but not anymore. We tried a talkgroup, but that place is just too much steel and concrete. They are out of range more than not. So they are back on a direct channel. And if' you're more than a block or two away you wouldn't hear it anyway.
