Has LASD completely moved to LA-RIC's?

LAPD Air Units use to use CLEMARS to communicate with the LASD and CHP Helicopters and CHP Dispatch (LACC).

I was elated to find this vintage frame a number of years back. Never getting rid of it.

An older CHP motor officer chatted me up about it a couple years ago. Said something along the lines of "man, that's probably a better get out of a ticket tool than an 11-99 plate frame."

That is definitely unique and no way near as common as the KA4993 or KMA367 frames
