BCT15X: Has wrong preload

I just received my BCT 15x from Amazon. It has a base load for Alabama even tho I requested CA. Tried finding a number for Uniden Service but no luck.
How to I get rid of the Alabama load and purhaps get it corrected for CA?

Just disable Alabama (the default) and enable California. Instructions are in the manual.
