Did Hayward PD switch around the functions for PD 1 and 3? I'm hearing "Service" Traffic on what was previously PD 1 and normal traffic on PD3. Can anyone else confirm?

Your first post is correct, main traffic is on Channel 3 and the service channel is now Channel 1. This has been going on for a while.

At the time it was probably due to the investigation around HPD Sgt. Scott Lunger who was shot and killed in the line of duty during a traffic stop around 3:15 AM this morning.

Yes, I noticed that they were back to dispatching as well. Any idea why the change?
