Is there a plug-in for SDR Sharp to allow one to monitor HD Radio on the FM band? I have a couple HD sub-channels that I listen to in the car often and want to be able to monitor them at home on my SDR.

There is a main program & some gui interfaces dependent on the main program(I find just the main program "command line" runs smoothest( no album art, etc)

Main program

Original gui interface

Forked gui interface

After seeing your post I compiled the latest release 3.0.1 and added it too osmocom latest rtl-sdr binaries

Forgot this gem
HDFM

Download the
hdfm-x86_64-pc-windows-msvc.zip

Extract it, copy the hdfm.exe into the rtl-sdr binaries folder with the nrsc5.exe in it.

Open cmd in that folder, run
hdfm.exe frequency program

Example

hdfm.exe 99.5 0

I haven't used these in a while, just reinstalled them. Amazing how many stations have dropped their HD feed...
