heap error

does anyone know how to get heap error corrected, the message(heap error) comes up when I press any key? pro-106

yes I did 0-1 and 0-2 reloaded the scanner. still no change

Did you read the FAQ and Knowledge base? You have one or more TGRPs without a matching TSYS - just reloading won't do it.

got it fixed. I had to remove a cc in the trunking, it was out of numerical order. after I took it out,back to normal. it was for saratoga ny new trunk system. go figure.
