Heavy Weather Common

I was going through some old Hampton Roads frequency lists from the 70s and 80s and found 318.95 and 352.55 listed as "Heavy Weather Common." They were described as ship/shore frequencies used by Norfolk Naval Station, Oceana and Dam Neck. Does anyone know if these frequencies are still used during hurricanes and other periods of heavy weather?

Those plus 385.0 were used when I retired Dec 2020
