The Hell's Angels Motorcycle group (gang?) is having its annual convention in Clemson this week. More than 500 members are expected to attend. Law enforcement presence is high with many agencies, including SLED, assisting the Pickens County SO and Clemson city PD. A Command Center has been established using the SC LE Common 8 (TG 20030) channel on the Palmetto-800 system. This can be heard on the Anderson site, and most likely on other sites in the surrounding area. SCHP has also been active in the area on Channel 33 Anderson (TG 50211). So far, it appears that there have been no significant incidents.
