Ok so i travel to Houston tomm. I got the freq of Houston PD as requested on my topic "Astroworld" It shows that the frequencies are in FM mode. Is this correct? And if so this would be considered convential scanning? And lastly if this is all correct then would i still be able to catch both sides of the conversation if the frequencies are not trunked? Thanks

Yes, the mode for Houston is FM

Yes, the frequencies are the repeater outuputs, so you will hear both sides
